Error on client "Bad or missing data"

We experienced an unexpected error with a particular user of MR today.  Whenever she goes to generate a report involving a tree, we get “Bad or missing data was encountered while loading the report and its building blocks.  Report generation has been cancelled.”.  She was able to do this a day or so ago, so this problem occurred today.

 

Can anyone provide suggestions for a possible solution?

 

We really tried to solve this ourselves:

  •        Searched partnersource and the Internet and only found 1 article with the same question but no answer
  •         Removed and readded the user in MR
  •        Tried the user on a different workstation (the problem follows the user)
  •     Another user (admin) on the same workstation works fine
  •     Other end users users work just fine
  •        Repaired + removed and reinstalled the MR client

Did you check to make sure the user has access to all companies and branches on the tree?
